Common questions

I bought No Ads and it hasn’t applied. Open Settings inside the game and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you are signed in to the same one you bought with.

I ran out of hints. The pool refills one hint every twenty minutes, up to three. You can also watch a short video for one more, or buy a pack. Hints are free in the first world, and packing a level without one earns an extra star.

I’m stuck on a level. Every level in Overpacked is solvable — they are checked by a solver before they ship. Try rotating pieces with a tap, and remember that some items fold or squish: look for the badge on the piece.

My progress disappeared. Progress lives on your device. Deleting the app or resetting the device clears it. There is no cloud save yet.

How do I turn off the ads? Buy Remove ads from the Settings screen. Interstitials stop for good; rewarded videos stay optional.

Can I turn off sound or haptics? Yes, both are in Settings, along with light/dark appearance.
